Judicial Process Book by Thomson Reuters (2021)

 I and prof Dr Alok Kumar Yadav have authored a chapter in this book, Judicial Process, published by Thomson Reuters. Its designed for LLM students in India. 

The chapter details how confrontation began between judiciary and government before and after India Gandhi government. It discusses amendments made to nullify the judgments of the court. The saga began from first amendment and its in continuance. Here is the full chapter:
